Further resignations at Agora SA

Interferie plans hotel construction for 100 mln on Baltic Coast
Interferie, a subsidiary of KGHM, plans to spend PLN 100 mln for hotel construction on the Baltic Coast. It will be its biggest hotel with 600 beds and will probably be called Barbarka II.

Internal Security Agency launches investigation into currency depreciation
According to Puls Biznesu sources, Internal Security Agency (ABW) officers are meeting with financial market experts. They are inquiring into the influence, motives and operations of foreign financial groups in Poland on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and currency markets. They want to know if someone wanted to depreciate the zloty.

Vistula Wolczanka and Kruk merger approved by shareholders
Shareholders welcomed the news of the merger, the stock of both companies jumped 16.4 percent for VW, the clothes group and 7.2 percent for Kruk, the jewelry distributor.
